Rich knows an extensive network of professionals, and he referred a qualified realtor to us in Ruidoso, NM. Before Rich referred us, he interviewed the realtor and determined that he was the top producing realtor in the area. This was a challenging property to sell, and Rich's referral successfully sold our home in March of 2021 for list price.

I was a first time home buyer. I had no trouble with the entire homebuying process. I turned out to be easier than I thought. I'm not saying that I didn't have to do some work, but the whole experience from initial home shopping to selection to getting the loan and the closing was easier than I expected. They answered all my questions and there were no significant problems or delays.
Rich is a nice guy and pleasant to work with. Chris at the office was amazing— I felt like she was our therapist at times 😀. She was always there to listen and give advice during our adventure.
